dammit! i have so many of those damn things. i got four for free from nintedno's site a while back (when i only hade one remote). i didnt think that new controlers had them to. so now i have like three of those things i dont even use.

Ha.... that's really excessive, I ordered 1 extra to what I had (had 2 remotes at the time and ordered 3 jackets.... I since got another remote that came with one though) and the spare is packed away.
