haha everything that has been said by Nintendo fanboys about User Generated Content like Little Big Planet can be said here.
Mario/Nintendo=quality control.
Not to mention download times for all those levels. After one year your startup would be ridiculous in order to download even 10 levels of UGC.
weather effects?
Time effects are the best idea, but would require a lot of content to be generated that most gamers will never get to see.
A better idea is a super smash brothers version of mario, which they already fucked up with the new super mario game. Could've played with the speed of pikachu or the firepower of bowser. Instead they just reskinned everything.
