Hello all, thought I'd join this thread.

I've had Wii Fit for the past year, but I've only gotten serious with it in the last week.

According to Wii Fit (which I've never reset), it's my 412th day, but I'm calling Monday the 15th my initial weigh in. I was 125.2kg (276lbs). The largest weight I have on record is 132kg (291lbs).

My goal is to reach 80kg (176.4lbs), and maybe lose a few more kilos after that at a slower pace.

Here are my results so far:

Monday 15/6 - 125.2kg (276lbs)
Tuesday 16/6 - 124.5kg (274.5lbs)
Wednesday 17/6 - 123.4kg (272.1lbs)
Thursday 18/6 - 122.9kg (271lbs)
Friday 19/6 - 122.9kg (271lbs)
Saturday 20/6 - 122.7kg (270.5lbs)
Sunday 21/6 - 122.5kg (270.1lbs)
Monday 22/6 - 122.2kg (269.4lbs)
Tuesday 23/6 - 121.7kg (268.3lbs)

So I'm about 8% of the way there.

For the past week and a bit, I've been concentrating almost entirely on aerobic exercises, with the odd muscle or yoga exercise thrown in. I average about 45 minutes a day, but for instance, today, I did 1 hour and 19 minutes. My favourite fat-burning combo. is:

Jogging (Island Lap) -> Rhythm Boxing (Super Advanced) -> Super Hula Hoop (10min.)

It's funny you should mention hating the gym, nordlead. I can't stand the idea of exercising around other people. I'm pretty uncoordinated, and it often takes me a few tries to get exercises right. For me, I can imagine nothing worse than having other people stare at me while I try to do so. Also, at a gym, I find there's little outside motivation to do the exercises. Wii Fit's helpful in that regard because it keeps track of high scores. I find trying to beat someone's high score (even my own) to be a great motivator.

Chairman-Mao, are you overweight? If you're not, your attitude would explain why. It sounds like you don't need motivation to lose weight.

So anyway, part of the reason I'm posting here is to see if I can get a little bit of a competition happening for high scores. I'm running out of high scores to beat (that aren't my own) on Wii Fit. I'll post one to get us started. I challenge anyone with some weight entries here (and a copy of Wii Fit) to beat it.

Rhythm Boxing (Super Advanced): 1361pts
