440k x $60 (give or take)=$26,400,000 in sales. Even taking a bunch of cuts off those sales, I would say the game turned a profit (since this wasn't a big budget HD game, I hope), and would therefore look like a good future cash cow for Microsoft.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
