I actually really enjoy this game. While the timer is annoying, it isn't enough to really turn me off. I actually really like the idea of pre-made decks for head to head play because then it isn't about who spent the most money on their deck. While not choosing what land to tap can ruin the mind games, the game does know what cards you can still play and won't tap the lands required for that. So, basically, I don't have any problems with your complaints.
However, I do have one major complaint. Probably the funnest game mode in this game is the 2 headed giant mode. In this game type, you team up with a friend against 2 other people and you share health. The problem I have is in order to play this game type online, you and your firend have to play on the same xbox. There isn't anyway of linking up online and playing with eachother. This is retarded. Makes me so freaking mad. Why even bother putting it online, how many people are going to be playing 2 people to an xbox.
For 10 dollars I would still recommend it. Very fun game. Just wish they had spent some more time in the conceptual stages of their game development.
