I bought Knights in the Nightmare two days ago and it came with all the extras. 
These were actually pre-order bonuses...or at least the Art Book was but luckliy my local gamestop had one left.
I actually think they said it was the only one they got......
Anyways I lucked out again and managed to get myself a copy of the awesome artbook and if anyone would like scans Id be more than happy to put some up. The Dept. Heaven series has the best art I have ever seen and couldnt be more happy to get the art book.
To anyone who wants the scans. Im doing them but since they still need cleaning up and its 100 pages it's gonna take a while. When Im done I'll upload a compressed folder for you all to download.
