Kojima: MGS Peace Walker is MGS5, Rising is a Diffrent kind of action game

So what type of game is Rising exactly? Is it even going to have stealth? Or are they making a Metal Gear game in name only?

Mind you, being able to pull off some (in game) of those moves Raiden does in the cut scenes in MGS4 could be cool.
