But then that is the point, if you are capable of bulding the best car, you deserve to be out in front. Brawn didn't exist last year, now they are winning every race, not through money I don't think because McClaren and Ferrari has that but skilled engineers.

It would be like saying to Chelsea that you are not allowed to have expensive players and splash out with their billions or value your team above £50 million just because WBA can't even afford that value of players.

Brawn = Honda.. Honda build the car last year when they decided not to put any more effort in the 2008 season and concentrate at this season.. Even now Honda is paying the pay checks for the Brawn GP members cause it's cheaper then buying of all their contracts...

And a refuelling ban would mean slower cars... and I'm not even mentioning the rule that all engines has to be at the same level... so buy the Crosworth engine or make your own with the blueprints of the Crosworth engine... yuk..
