This time the gap is way too large, so they will need a horde of games as well as a dropped price. Sony will also need to market Uncharted 2 like never before, because that game is 2009's sure GOTY and the PS3's only chance at having a major heavy hitter this year. Another $100 in price cuts would boost sales. Anything less will not get them as much as they hope. Fourth Quarter would be the perfect time. |
Perfect time for more debt? I'd be surprised if any price drop from Sony happens this year.
