I hate the staggered bounding boxes that are just hard to delete in my browser of choice. Nothing against you. You really aren't being forced to read my posts, either.
1 - home convenience/ no embarresing monemts at the sex shop. Never even have to leave the bed.
WHAT embarrasing moments? I personally don't have any issue AT ALL going into sex shops. I'd rather be seen in a sex shop buying a dildo for a friend instead of being in a gun shop - at least sex is natural, sex is fun, and sex is something we all should do if we are to be true to our purpose in life - procreate (that, and play games!)
2 - streaming, no need to wait for anything.
Not everything is streamed, especially that new HD stuff coming out - that needs to be downloaded first. Additionally, not everyone goes to porn sites to get their stuff - many use torrents, because they are simply afraid of ad/span/malware being installed on their computers.
Oh, yeah... not everyone has broadband either... good luck watching your HD stream...

Not to satisfy all. I gave a link to a buddy once for a site that had it all, and he complained that the flics were too short for him to get off on.
Another issue is that people need to find these free sites that you are talking about. It's like finding warez - sure it's out there, but you need to know your way around the net and spend considerable time to dig out the good sites from the bad, unless you don't mind getting all sorts of unwanted programs installed on your PC without your authorization.
You seem to think I am saying that online is dead. I'm saying that for many people around the city/state I live in don't give a rat's ass about what you are stating as reasons.
There are people that don't want to go through online because they share computers with partners and/or other people, but lack the knowledge to clean their computers from the residue. You know, when your spouse find you checking out homoerotic sites by simply typing anything into the address bar, it kinda makes you... look... bad...
And I'm also sure you have a lot of fun watching smut in bed on your PC, but some prefer to watch in on their big screens. Converting crappy, heavily-compressed 10-sec flic after crappy, heavily-compressed 10-sec flic to DVD format tends to be tedious to some, not to mention it being a completely alien concept to others (not everyone knows their way around computers, but they may still like smut).
