It DOES have a mini golf game of sorts, mini putt. It an obstacle course but using a golf course instead of mini golf holes. I too want a "proper " mini golf game, but thnat's not what vagabond7 was asking. He just wanted to know where the putt putt game was, i believe it's under the arcade tab.
