2. Polyphony - Gran Turismo 5
3. Sony Santa Monica - God of War 3
4. Naughty Dog - Uncharted 2: Amoung Thieves
5. Guerilla - Killzone 3
6. Sony San Deigo - MLB 10
7. Sony San Deigo - NBA 10
8. Evolution - Motorstorm 3 - Possibly.  I think it's too much MS too fast, tbh.
9. Sony Bend - Syphon Filter
10. SOE - The Agency + DC Universe Online and Free Realms
11. Incognito - Starhawk Starhawk is made by Lightbox, a new second party studio formed by Incognito guys.  Incognito is now a shell of its former self.  I wouldn't expect much from them.
12. London - Getaway  The Getaway 3 was canceled. They're working on EyePet and Home, with possibly another title behind the scenes.
13. Liverpool - Wipeout I think HD is all we'll see for ps3 for awhile, especially with the upcoming DLC. Look for a new IP from these guys.
14. Clap Hanz - Hot Shots Golf 6 (motion based) - I'm thinking Hot Shots Tennis before HSG6.  Possibly using the motion controller.
15. Team ICO - The Last Guardian

Those are my guesses. That still leavesl;

-Japan Studio - Ape Escape 4 plz!  And they're probably working on more Siren and maybe a new IP.
-Cambridge - They're focused on LBP PSP, and aside from that, I believe they just work on ps3 tech, afaik.
-BigBig (working on Motorstorm PSP) - These guys are small.  They'll probably just work on PSP for the time being.

The only one I would like to see a new IP out of from my fifteen is Liverpool. The rest would all be nice to see. I would relly be exited if Sony Bend was to revitalize the Syphon Filter series on PS3, or something along the lines of SP with a new IP.  This has basically been confirmed. Sony Bend is workign on Syphon Filter ps3.  It's also HEAVILY rumored that Liverpool is working on a new IP -  a third person action game of some sort.

I've made a few alterations and additions to your list, but I think you were close to the mark.

However, while SOE is now under SCE, they still act relatively autonomous of SCE.  Hence why the PC is still their primary development platform. Hell, they even had their own separate booth at E3.  I find it unlikely that Tretton included them in those 15 games.
