Which you put yourself on. While If I recall correctly I think everyone else on the list has posted atleast a slight distaste at actually being a mod. Which would leave you by default.
No offense but i'd put you on about the same level of bias as FishyJoe as far as consoles you perfer.
Either way, none of that should effect moderating duties. It's not like anyone gets banned around here anyway. I mean people do, but you generally have to go ridiculiously over the line to get a ban. I mean Gran Turismo's trolling in this thread is proof enough. If it did, it's not like there arn't other mods that'd take care of it anyway.
