I'd rather have a brand new 2D mario, which is what they are giving me  I believe the Wii New Super Mario Bros has yoshi in it, and Galaxy 2 definitely has multiple color yoshis. There is a good chance that NSMBWii will have multiple colored yoshis too. |
Now the cape/blue Yoshi/highway to Bowser is handled by pressing a button and telling the game to beat itself. 
Btw I think the SMB 1-2 to 4-1, 4-2 to 8-1 warps were just as 'broken.' I guess the point always is, if you want to go through all the challenges, you will.
