All violent video games to be banned in Germany

Errmmm wait.

This is just one of several tries of the german states (especially the ones with a christ-democratic government) to ban violent games.

So far every single time they tried to ban violent games the law didn't make it through the parliament because the Social Democrats and the Greens are against it (and I think the liberals, too).

On the other hand this is really getting annoying. You know what our governments solution was to avoid school masacres? The tried to ban paintball. The other suggestions (the ones that actually touch the real weapons) sound more like a bad joke in my opinion.
