I agree with Alfred in the sense that NSMB Wii won't be nearly as popular as NSMB DS. It could hit a million but who knows. The PS3 doesn't currently have any million sellers in Japan. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and Metal Gear Solid 4 are close with .69 and .68. In all honesty, it's kind of hard for a system that's only sold 3 million to actually hit 1 million on just 1 game. Especially with weak home console game sales in Japan at the moment...But Final Fantasy XIII and Gran Turismo 5 could change it if they are both released this year... |
Monster Hunter three with new color Wii, Wii Fit Plus, Wii Sports resort and NSMB Wii, will all be over 1 million sold in Japan this year, heck a few might get into the 2-5 million range before the year ends
