There a few diffrent dates flying around so it's coming out in the US between the 15th and the 31st of September...

If the 15th is true...it's shaping to be one of the best weeks ever in gaming

I'm going with the 15th since both Gamestop and Amazon have it down for that only a few smaller sites have the 31st...

GameFAQs says 15th too...so I'd bet that's the official date
