I don't know about you but the one feature I am wanting to see more then anything is four player online brawls. I wouldn't mind split screen co-op but I would prefer online co-op with friend codes, so you and a friend can start a game and play through from two different locations! I for one found Pikmin one too difficult because of the day limit. But I loved Pikmin2 though I never actually beat it.
As for whats taking it so long. I heard can't remember where but I heard that a small division inside EAD Tokyo was making the new Pikmin.So if its such a small team then it makes sense that the game could take a few years, not like the last two Pikmin's which were developed in house by big teams.
