UnCharted 2, God of War 3, Gran turismo 5, Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, Metal Gear Solid: Rising - all five PS3 games I will be getting as soon as they are released.
Final Fantasy XIV was an awesome exclusive game announcement for the PS3, but I do not like MMOs.
Alan Wake and Splinter Cell: Conviction are the two stand out games on 360 that I will buy aswell.
