I just can not wait tell this thing actually hits stores and people get to have a valid opinion of the system. Right now people are pushing out extreamly misinformed opinions, and in the end I think many will change their view.

As was mentioned in the OP, Sony is trying to be as consumer friendly as possible. Personally I hate physical media on a handheld devices. I even stopped buying PSP games a year and a half ago, and shelved the system duo to the inconvenince of UMD. On the other hand, some people hate downloads, and will never support a download only device. Sony has now made it so both crowds can be happy, and even you don't even have to upgrade to the Go! to benefit from the digital content.

Personally I am very happy with the price of the unit as well. Sony has been taking massive losses on Playstation products for years in favor of the consumer. Now they need money, and they have had to change the buisness model even if it is not their normal policy. We as gamers should be the first to understand this. Further, no one is forcing you to buy a PSP Go!, so complaining about the price is pointless (same goes for PS3).

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
