start browsing for good Wii games then, there are actually a lot of them, and if there is a Wii in your house and you claim you are a gamer, not playing Galaxy is a crime.

I really need to get Galaxy and Brawl, but I'm a broke college student who needs to buy a laptop for school first. Maybe eventually itll happen...

Off TOpic: I've always been curious as to why people need laptops for college.

I'm going into my thrid year and outside of the occasional paper i right (which i do on my desktop anyway) I have no use for one.

Unless of course you plan to game in your classes.

Its required for UCs. Professors hand out assignments online and you have to e-mail the completed work back to them (all in the classroom. Tests, quizzes, assignments). If you don't have your own laptop you're out $5000 for the quarter 'cause you'll fail.

I just graduated from UC Berkeley last month without a laptop, and have never heard of this requirement.  I did homework at home on my desktop, or sometimes in one of the computer labs or the library.

Really? I just went to the registration event/preparation at UC Davis and the board members there told us that's how it works.

Either it depends on the department, or Davis is just nuts.  I have a friend who absolutely needed a laptop for a class at another school, but that was for an architecture program.  Luckily her financial aid helped pay for about half of it.
