Problem with halo 3 sales?

On the database it says 9.7 million http://vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=6964&region=All

On the weekly numbers it says 9,671,159 http://vgchartz.com/weekly.php

Is this normal? Do we round that much up? Isn't it suppose to say 9.67 million on the database?
