I bought a copy yesterday (sorry OP...). And I got frustrated right away cause I was really hyped. But after 30 minutes you realise that you can not play it like Wii Sprts Tennis and that it is important to bring the racket back (ie prepare your forehand or backhand). Once you do this, all comes into place.

Learning curve is big on this one which will probably cause more threads such as this but I have a feeling that after many hours on this game, things will just get better and better.

You just have to forget the Tennis on Wii Sports (the controls I mean)...

i have nothing against a learning curve but the game should atleast react as i tell it, especially with wm+

You make a good point. And I did get frustrated when I am clearly "lifting" my shots only to see "slices" on the screen... But I think all that can be improved by playing.

My point is not to convince you but to voice my opinion that though maybe not a must buy game, GST will probably provide a good gaming experience to people (just like the official reviews that go from a 5/10 from Eurogamer to 85%, i think, with IGN). In short, some people (even a lot) will like it.

Elaine: I will never understand people
