Gran Turismo 5 will hit it within a month of release. All signs point to a holiday 09 release so it will almost definitely be the next game to hit 5 million.
Metal Gear Solid 4 will most likely see a sizable leap with it being added to the Greatest Hits line along with the price cut most definitely coming later this year.
Final Fantasy XIII will likely be the next one after those two. I expect about 2 million before the end of the year in Japan with likely around 2.5 million in Japan by the time it releases in the west which should add at least another 1.5 million within two months.
Other than those 3 titles, Modern Warfare 2 stands a good shot at hitting 5 million by 2011 along with LittleBigPlanet if Sony bundles it agressively this Chirstmas like I expect they might. God of War III, Uncharted 2 and Final Fantasy Versus XIII are also possible contenders as well, but they're all long shots.
