What do you have to lose by believing in God anyways? Does it make you feel that much better to believe in science and tell Christians they're wrong?

Ah Pascals wager haven't heard this one in a while lol.

Let's put it this way, your god is not the only god that people believe in. Thousands of gods have been thought up of, and all of them have equal bearing. That said how do we even know that even if a god exists we have the right one, we have almost zero evidence that says this god is the true god. What about the many gods people have yet to believe? The list goes on and on. Their is potentially thousands and thousands of gods, if their is even a god at all.

So basically I have a choice to devote my life to any of the thousands upon thousands of gods who all have equal bearing. So the likelihood of mechoosing the right one to devote my life too is like 100,000 - 1. For me to devote my life to one god would be a bad wager, because.

You can do it in reverse too, what do you have to lose from NOT believing in god?
