There probably won't be too much to differentiate these games in terms of graphics, sound, and handling. If anything, I expect GT to have a slight edge and it is the more recognised brand name. At the end of the day though, I doubt GT5P will better Forza 3 by the amount required for me, as a 360 user, to justify purchasing a PS3.
