i don't think it should be blamed on VALVE as much as the Media itself. I think the Media is for the Most part the culprit most of the time, because they tend to blow thing's way out of preportion for the most part. take a tiny thing and make a big deal out of it just to attract more reader's.. though that's what they are in the industry for so you or i could very well fault them but they are doing their Job., i mean a prime example of this is:

such and such system "stole" another exclusive..

 

you cannot steal something "if you can still play the game on a system" if your system still get's the game nothing was stolen.

it just mean's other's get to play it also without needing the same system as you . No biggie In my Opinion , if i have fun playing the game that's all that matter's. atleast for me it does.
