Gran Turismo has a history of outstanding sales. However, If each Gran Turismo sold 3 million copes it would still be one of the most popular driving games.
Obviously I meant if Infamous sold 3 million it would be considered a big success. If Infamous only sells a million that wouldn't be very impressive considering its a major release from Sony. Ninja Gaiden 2 only sold about a million and it didn't seem people were impressed. Crackdown passed a million and no one seems boast about that. My guess is Infamous will sell 2 million. Its a very respectable amount but not exactly outstanding.
Valkyria Chronicles doing 500K is not amazing to me. In fact it shows me that people no longer have the interest in JRPG like they used to. Even Final Fantasy games have seen a decline in sales since the release of 10. Perhaps FF13 will have impressive sales with 2 consoles combined.
