Now what would be useful is looking at the lasting appeal scores for other open world games like GTA. Also Lasting appeal can differ if the 20 hours is really repetitive or boring, you can just look at the time it takes to complete and compare on a scale.

I agree that it differs from game to game, but 20 hours is longer than most people even play most games so 6.5 is incredibly low.

But  how good is 20 hours when it comes to open world games?  Pretty sure it's short for that type of game, and then the lack of replayability hurts it as well as the repetitive gameplay (think I read that, not totally sure).  I'm not saying they're right in giving it a 6.5, but I think if fits what is written just find and you can't write it off just because the game is 20 hours long.
