Ratchet and Clank and Heavenly Sword were both bundled with the PS3 at different times.

Without those bundles, I'm not sure either game would have made it (particularly Heavenly Sword). It really depends on whether Sony bites the bullet and puts the game in a bundle.

They were only bundled in Europe for a small amount of time.

Look at their sales history: it's very clear when their bundle began, because sales spiked up very suddenly. Here's Heavenly Sword:

It's difficult to know how long the bundles lasted, because it's entirely plausible that, 4 weeks after the promotion, the game was still in unsold PS3 boxes that were produced during the offer but had not yet been sold.

Pretty clearly this has a noticable effect, Outlaw. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that this game will definitely make it if it is bundled, but may not make it if it doesn't. It still could, but may not. Army of Two is a reasonable comparison:

This was a game that was never bundled with the system and started with comparable first week sales of 160k. It is now currently at .85 million. With slightly higher initial sales (about 12% higher) inFamous could make it without any help, but it may not.
