I'm just making assumptions(I know I know never assume) on what the guy giving the demo said. I hated playing the soilder class and only did so to get some of the weapon achievements. I've never been fond of the tanking/meatsheild role and I found most of the special abilities to be boring. My point is if you give the other classes the same acuracy with an assault/sniper/shotgun as soilders it makes adepts & techs OP and soilder even more boring(Again JMO). I just hope they dont break some of the roleplaying elements that are there to balance the classes to appease SOME ME fans who want to play it as a pure shooter. Thats the only POTENTIAL gripe I have so far. ME2 looks to be an amazing experience that will far outstrip its predecessor. |
Accuracy isn't handed to people, including the soldier class. Your characters level of accuracy and potency has to be built from the ground up. Remember...this is an RPG...so you only start out with so much experience. Demos are not the final product. Enjoy it however you will. There will be far more choices this time around. Choose your partners around your style, customize them, their armor and yourself and you'll be fine. If you want to be able to be proficient in weaponry and not be a soldier with powers, an infiltrator is your class. : )
