It is when the truth is painfull and other side refuse to accept the facts :)
Besides this chart from first graph could be overcome with simply creating new core ip, restoring some of the old franchises and releasing something in one of big names they have. Especially when people always scream that a) making hd games is so hard and expensive compared to Wii games and b) it has very strong studios.
But unfortunatly Nintendo is too busy printing money with casual stuff.

New core IPs? Monado, Disaster, etc. Old franchises? Punch Out, "Excite" series, Golden Sun, etc. Releasing some of the big names they have? Zelda, Mario, Paper Mario, SSB, Metroid, etc. And they're releasing a new Mario, Zelda, and Metroid next year and possibly a new Intelligent System's game (FE or PM) and Retro also have a new game (though it's probably a new IP).
See, you can never win with these people :) Yeah, we present facts but they choose to deny them. Thus the circle of life continues :P

No but it's a good possibility. IE will probably make a new FE or Paper Mario for Wii. They already made FE so I hope they make a new PM (THAT IS TRADITIONAL! NOT THAT PLATFORMING CRAP!)
Also, did you forget Tales of Ten is called Tales of Graces? :P What is the old Nintendo? They still release all their series (except like...F-Zero/Kirby/Starfox which might come eventually. But they more than make up for that with their new IPs...). They just have new ones.

I'd take the platforming Papaer Mario over the GC style one. I'll take both though, it doesn't matter as long as it's paper Mario.
Old Nintendo=SNES-GC Nintendo. completely different style to thier games.
