Infinity Ward appears not to want to go through the effort of producing a Wii version.
It could be because they realize that Wii owners are not like other console owners -- they will not buy every new game that comes out but plays that same as the previous game. This is especially true since FPS franchises are getting to be like sports franchises in their release frequency.
