My bet is also on HD DVD, but the ultimate decision will be brought about by the movie studios.
For example, if Warner takes side with one camp, this will be a huge step towards the end of the war. I expected them to become exclusive before christmas which is obviously not gonna happen anymore. If the current distribution in terms of studio support doesn't change within a sensible amount of time, we might end up with a stalemate.
