Yes, we all know the J man has been slacking in the third person speech in the heat of all the E3 threads but now that they are over THE J MAN IS BACK!!!!

You will never see the J man refer to himself with such derogetory and insultful words such as "I" or "me".

It is the J mans right.....nay.....DUTY to speak in third person so long as he is a member of vgc.

Look at it this way , this thread is 10x better than the trollish threads we have been getting for the past 2 weeks so thank the J man.

For argument's sake, lets assume that this thread, indeed, is 10X better than troll threads. 10 times 0 is still 0. You have contributed nothing to our forums, pushing down a potentially productive thread, in order to introduce to everyone that you're back. What would happen if every single person who came back from, what, a week 2 weeks (Whatever time you've been gone for)? We will have a good fraction of the Hot Topic section clogged with these threads.

Why don't we add "Goodbye" threads? And "Hello, I'm new" threads? Does everyone feel the need to be acknowledged as an individual when they're under anonymous personas and avatars?

And being a narcisist (defining narcisism as an EXCESSIVE love for one self, and belief that one is the center of the world and of utmost importance) is unhealthy.

One should be proud of one's self and see one's self as an individual, but narcisism is taking that to a level that's unhealthy, in which one believes that they are above everyone else, and see's themselves as not part of the entire group, whatsoever.

The J man doesnt think youve read the op. He did not say he is coming back as in a situation where he was away from the site for an amount of time and then came back(the J man hates those threads as well), but as in he will start to use third person speech again (which is what he was doing since joining this site).

Its a FORUM , not some place where only hard nosed , serious news has a place in.

Why so serious?
