Reggie mentioned The Conduit as a reference point. The truth is Nintendo has no interest in fighting over a red ocean, this HD gamer is already being so overserved it would be very difficult and costly to go after it. Really it's not worth it.
But I think there are people in the middle that like to compliment their experiences, and would gladly buy Wii Fit and New Super Mario Bros. for what they are to enjoy with their family. There are people who value a different kind of experience on the side. That's the only HD gamer worth paying attention to.
