You can use digg's system and basically just post the most popular ones at a certain voting threshold as they come, replacing the older ones over time. No view or vote bumps to the top. Start with 5 votes, increasing it over time as more people join in and start to vote.
Also, when you try to edit your posts, the editor removes all the paragraph lines, forcing you to add them back again manually.
