Eh, if they want voice actors for the Japanese version, they could hire them from the anime industry.Somehow, i can imagine someone having the ideal voice for every character.
For the English versions, im afraid it wont work out that well.
"The accumulated filth of all their sex and murders will foam up about their waist and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"...
