Portal is pretty awesome. I've only played for about an hour or so, and of course I've played TF2 for 20+ hours over the last few weeks. The difficulty curve in Portal is quite good, and I like how the level design gives you subtle clues about where to place your portals. Eventually, they just stop 'helping' you and you're on your own, and you have to use everything you've learned. It's pretty sweet.
