Really, Darth? the PS2 with 63 begs to differ.
So does the PC... but it's a platform witha really long history and isn't a console, so don't it's kinda irrrelevant.
PS3/360 are a pathetic, sad joke compared to the PS2. Also, some of these are multiplat PS3/360 titles... the PS2 has them too, of course, but still... it rapes the PS3 and 360.
