Of course 4D doesn't refer that, but then again, ask 1000 people what they understand by 3D and you will get a vast majority answer that equates to 3D object animation. Nobody says "Wow, check out UT3 - it's 4D is awesome!"
I'd be interested to hear what 1000 voices think about 4D and what that means (within and outside the PS3 context).
