I think those are assumptions. I don't think you know if any of those things are even true. Sounds like buzz talk to me. It's a valid opinion, but those aren't facts. What is the budget for Forza 3, btw?
Couldn't tried and tested also lead to a refusal to change or experiement?
Nobody thinks that Forza 3 will approach GT5 in sales, but many believe it has already caught up to the series in quality, with Forza 2. I mean...Forza 2 was a better game than GT4, at least. GT4 missed the ball in a lot of ways. Check the reviews out for that one, or just play it.
