It just depends how long they are going to bundle it. But remember the key word is give. EA can always BUY it from them too. What I interpret from this wording is that EA has been given some to help get supply up at first while they can still buy them from Ninty to put in bundles. Remember it's an open market and they can buy them directly from them as well.
But I don't know if that interpretation is correct yet.
