There is no official announcement that I can find, but there was this comment from the creators of the game:
"I think we want to put it [TimeSplitters 4] on the Wii."

Still - at this stage, I wouldn't be surprised to see x-platform action. It should do well on the 360 at the least. Then again, maybe there are too many shooters on the 360 for them?
