Here's my plan:

1) Find/Buy/Play Zero Mission

2) Download/Play Super Metroid

3) Buy/Play Metroid Prime: Trilogy

4) Find/Buy/Play Metroid II

5) Find/Buy/Play Fusion

It's out of chronological order, but I can deal with that.

Here's my plan:  Be VERY jealous of you.

Nice to know that the series is that good.

Hopefully I can find Metroid II sooner than later. I might just end up buying from Ebay.

One last question. How much better is Zero Mission in comparison to the original? I'm asking because it's 4x the price, plus the VC version is on a much bigger screen.

Let's put it this way: the main critisism of Zero Mission was that it was to short, however the origanal lasts about half the time, but simply put EVERYTHING is better. The visuals are far superior, the music is comprised of the same classic tunes but of a far higher quality and the controls are far smoother. If you need any more convinging that ZM is the superior incarnation this is the version of Kraid (boss character) in the origanal:

and this is Kraid in Zero Mission:

Zero Mission isn't some cheep re-make, it's a far superior incarnation, plus is has the origanal on it as an extra anyway...
