You can't forget the Wii has a seriously good track record when it comes to pack-ins.
Wii Play (+controller): 23+ million
Wii Fit (+balance board): 19.5+ million
Mario Kart Wii (+wheel): 15.9 million
I think it's safe to say all these games have a good chance of nearing or going over the 30 million mark.
So who's to say that Wii Sports Resort(+Wii Motion Plus) won't sell an incredible amount? Who's to say the sequel to a game that over 45 million people own won't sell an incredible amount? I know I'll be buying it. I'm willing to say that 20 million is all but guaranteed.
