I have also noticed there isn't really any correlation between positions in the "most wanted", and sales. New Super Mario never got very high on the charts, I think Blue Dragon was #1 for a week or two... Pokemon was nowhere near #1, etc. Does it really make sense that "Devil May Cry 4" is at #20, where Persona 3 is at #4? Actually, the NDS/Wii having 7/20 spots is pretty good - Nintendo games rarely show up here at all. |
Yeah, dragon quest and final fantasy won't sell at all. Do I need to point out that 4 of those are on a playstation? Also, it seems lack xbox... |

Want to make a bet? Wii Sports will outsell both Resident Evil 5 (easily) and MGS4 (easily). And guess what - it never appeared in the most wanted charts ;). In fact, I think Wii Play will outsell them as well. That leaves Final Fantasy - which seems to be the last bastion of the PS3 at the moment. Better pray it stays exclusive, and that SquareEnix don't bring any more FF to the Wii ;) |
Heh, yeah yeah. But some of those games will sell really well. I hope FF13 stays exclusive but if the Wii gets a FF (and it won't be 13, I'm just hoping xbox doesn't get it because PS3 needs help in US) I'll just play it there. I'd rather it stay on the PS3, though. I would rather DQ9 be on the Wii as well, but whatever.
