Do we know for sure if it'll have new games as well? Also I wouldn't buy Forza 3 through that, I'd buy it on disc. Like even if they put Mass Effect 2 on that thing, I'll still buy the disc, on the PSP though, only DD for me, I'm sure lots of other people feel the same way.

Not sure about new games, but it would make absolute sense for them to do that. Think about the profit margin on a $60 game? Even $15 is twice their usual royalty per game and it'd likely be closer to $20 of revenue.
