As long as I can put crazy jumps in tracks I'll be happy. Can never have enough crazy jumps. I think the main thing is that the editor needs to have alot of options. If I could basically make every game from MK: Wii then I'll be ecstatic because that means it has enough options to create some truly unique tracks. So basically I'll be excited as long as there is alot more to the editor than they showed.
