You´re right that it will probably sell bucketloads in Japan and push hardware as well, at least I hope it will!

I love 2d and we haven´t had a 2d sidescrolling mario for a homeconslole in almost 20 years! Why can´t we be happy about that we finally will be getting a 2d retro Mario for Wii?

I think it´s fantastic, almost too good to be true. It seems like 2d is coming back, it´s just so sad that some think that games should go to Wiiware or something just because it´s not 3d. 2dgames deserve to be advertised and get huge sales. I know I´m happy about this anyway, it´s a frickin miracle. A 2d mario for a homeconsole, first since Super Mario World. Now let´s bring back some true 2d Metroid

Thank you! Its probably my most-anticipated game announced at E3... You would think Nintendo fans would be ecstatic about this game but it just goes to show that some people like to complain no matter what.
